The full refrigerator and partial kitchen were useful. The location proved ideal for tourist activities. The front desk staff was excellent, and I valued the daily room service. A staff member helped arrange a taxi promptly upon request. It arrived within ten minutes.

the hotel's location proved practical. multiple subway lines were very close. i found bryant park just a block away, and times square was easily reachable. the room provided considerable space, easily accommodating our needs.

The room provided ample space with good amenities. It featured a useful kitchenette and comfortable furnishings. the sofa bed offered extra sleeping arrangements and contributed to the functionality.

The hotel included a fitness center, though i did not use it. the breakfast area provided a wide range of choices each morning. the lobby was neatly maintained and featured adequate seating. I found the valet parking service quick.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

The hotel was a short distance from Peter Pan bus terminal. The port was 10 minutes from the building. Pickup and drop off for Uber and Lyft was convenient right in front. I enjoyed the view from the 28th floor. It offered excellent city sights. The staff members were professional and personable.
The refrigerator compressor was loud, so I had to disconnect it. The sleeping couch was also uncomfortable. I could not use it.

The hotel is close to subway lines, which makes travel convenient. Bryant Park is across the street, and Times Square is just two blocks away. This area had various restaurants and stores.
